Workshop for projects

Joint Technical Secretariat within Regional Office for Cross-border Cooperation Timisoara announces the organisation of 8 Workshop for projects financed under the second call for proposals of the Romania – Republic of Serbia IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme.

The presence of Project manager, public procurement responsible and communication officer is highly advisable.

During the event will be approach the following topics:
• Public procurements rules under the 2nd call for proposals of the Romania – Republic of Serbia IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme
• Visual Identity Rules of the projects financed under the 2nd call for proposals of the Romania – Republic of Serbia IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme
• Questions & Answers Session

The events will be held in România based on the following programme:
• Timișoara: 28 January 2014, 10.00 o clock, UPT Casa Poli 2, (former „Casa a Oamenilor de Știință”), 11 Mihai Eminescu Boulevard, Timișoara
• Reșița: 29 January 2014, 10.00 o clock, Hotel Rogge, 12 I.L. Caragiale Street, Reșița.
• Drobeta Turnu Severin: 30 January 2014, 10.00 o clock, Room 18 Mehedinți County Council – Meeting Room 18.
