Workshops on implementation - 19.05.2016

Regional Office for Cross-border Cooperation Timisoara is organizing a training course dedicated to the beneficiaries of the projects financed under the reserve list of the second call for proposals within Romania – Republic of Serbia IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme.

The event, named “Workshops on implementation”, aims to ensure smooth implementation of the projects and the training of the lead beneficiaries in filling the progress reports, reimbursement claims and getting familiar with the Visual Identity rules of the projects financed under the Romania – Republic of Serbia IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme.

We are pleased to invite the lead partners of the projects financed under the reserve list of the second call for proposals to attend the training session which will take place on 19 May 2016 in Timisoara, beginning at 10:30 AM, at Timiș County Council, 1989 Revolution Boulevard no. 17, “Revolution” Conference Room, first floor.

Considering the importance of the topics addressed by the event in the project implementation period, we are kindly asking you to ensure the presence of the following project team members: the Project Manager/Coordinator, the Financial Manager and the Communication/Visibility responsible.
